December 2011
Okay interwebs, I’m gonna be in Florida chillin’ out with my 90 year old grandparents for the next week or so. My internet access will be exceedingly limited. This may in fact cause me to shrivel up and die like an unwatered houseplant. But I will try to be strong.
I love you, I’ll miss you, and have an awesome Christmas/New Year/WHATEVER

while that song is particularly appropriate I feel like I can make a good half of F+tM songs apply to Londo somehow.

NO THAT SONG IS CANONICALLY LONDO’S THEME TUNE. True fact that cannot be refuted.
I’m glad we’re all on the same page here.
gloriavictoria replied to your post:
I KNOW. Everytime I listen to it now I am just like LONDOOOOO MY POOR BABY!!!! ;____;
The first time I heard it I was like “hmm this reminds me of something…OH”...

Trek itself is pretty bad with Tarellians, Talarians Terellians
I KNOW RIGHT, every time a new “T” species named I roll my eyes. ENOUGH ALREADY.

I love Dukhat, but he also seemed vaguely smarmy to me somehow…he clearly had the hots for Delenn (which, duh, who wouldn’t) but he was a bit touchy with her. I’m sort of glad he didn’t live to try and exploit their relationship.
OH AGREED. It’s interesting how their relationship sort of parallels Lennier and Delenn, I mean not exactly, just that the intimacy...
spock-variety-hour replied to your photo:
Dukhat have you met Dukat?
fuck man, science fiction is just too confusing, you’ve got Dukhat and Dukat and Lando and Londo and Hortas and Vortas and I just don’t know anymore

Yes, but a more simplistic crown, as though the Minbari are a race with some naturally noble tendencies, as opposed to the other races. Not that they all are, but they are like the Elves in LOTR.
EXACTLY. They are totally space elves.

I like this! The way they did the bone crest prosthetic reminds me of the French hoods you see on Anne Boleyn and gives her a very regal air.
oooh yes, it does look like that, doesn’t it? But yes, LOVE the bone crests, they look like crowns or halos or something fancy, especially when lit from above like that.

Is it just me, or does he skip everywhere?
Yes, this is an established character trait, there’s always lots of skipping and scampering and hopping.
